Chief Executive Officer & Cofounder
Alex is the Co-Founder and CEO of the Hamptons Runner. He focuses on client relations, driving growth in the business, and overseeing all divisions of THR. Alex, a rising senior, is earning his BS at Tufts University in Environmental Science.
Alex enjoys surfing, hiking, and long walks on the beach.
Chief Operations Officer & Cofounder
Jake Weinstein is the Co-Founder and COO of The Hamptons Runner. He is a rising Junior earning his BS in Economics and Environmental Studies at Tufts University. As COO, Jake manages daily operations, business development, and oversees outreach at THR.
Jake loves surfing with his brothers and long walks in East Hampton's Northwest woods with his dog Atlas.
Chief Financial Officer & CoFounder
Luke Weinstein is the Co-founder and CFO of The Hamptons Runner. Luke is earning his BS at Tufts alongside his brothers in Environmental Studies. Additionally, Luke is pursuing a minor in Chinese which he has studied for eight years. As CFO, Luke manages corporate taxes, profit optimization, and overall financial health of the company.
Luke can be found enjoying an evening round of golf or surfing with his brothers and friends.
Director of Communications
Grace Fogarty, a Long Island native, is Director of Communications at The Hamptons Runner. Grace focuses on client and business outreach, logistics, and growth at THR. She is a rising second year at the University of St Andrews in Scotland, earning her BS in Marine Biology with a focus in sustainability studies.
Grace enjoys cooking festive meals for friends and scuba diving whenever she can.
Ethan Isenman is the Vice-President of The Hamptons Runner. He focuses on customer service, logistics, and business development at THR. Previously he has advised small businesses and start-ups in Israel through the TAMID group. Ethan, a rising Senior at Tufts University, is pursuing a degree in Philosophy with a minor in Entrepreneurial Leadership Studies.
Ethan enjoys playing guitar and piano almost as much as we enjoy listening.
Director of Automotive Services & Runner
Austin Hoffman is the Director of Automotive Services at The Hamptons Runner. Additionally, he is the Founder and CEO of a successful car detailing business in Falmouth, Maine. Austin studies business at Lehigh University and rows on the Division I crew team. As director, Austin draws on his academic pursuits and experience in the automotive sector to manage service offerings, personnel, and quality control at THR. We are excited to welcome Austin back into his new role for his third season with the company.
Austin spends his free time training for crew season and surfing with his friends.
Siena Van Sickle
THR Camp Director
Siena Van Sickle, an East Hampton local, is Director of our safe, customizable, at-home Camp. She focuses on camp development, growth, logistics, quality control, and client engagement with THR. Siena is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Scripps College with a minor in Spanish. Siena's prior work experience includes psychology research, restaurant service, and childcare for all ages.
On her off days, Siena enjoys staying active outdoors and ocean swims.
The Runner Team
Director of Media, Senior Runner
Kai Parcher-Charles has been an integral part of the Runner team since its inception. He is professional, reliable, and brings valuable insight to our service offerings. Kai attended high school at the Ross School before taking a gap year to pursue film and photography projects. He is now studying photography at Bard University. Kai draws on his comprehensive knowledge of the Hamptons locale to elevate client experience.
In his time off, Kai can be found behind the lens of his 35mm film camera.
Garrett Pilgrim has been an integral part of the runner team since 2018 and we are excited to welcome him back for his third summer. Garrett is from Rhode Island and attended the Wheeler School in Providence K-12. He is also a rising Junior at Colorado College. Previously, Garrett has helped manage personnel at Murdock Webbing Co and draws on this experience often in the field. Garrett is trustworthy, efficient, and detail oriented.
Garrett can often be found snowboarding in the mountains of Colorado between his studies.
Alex Lawson is returning for his second season with THR. He is professional, responsible, and easygoing. Alex was born and raised in Sag Harbor, attending the Ross School before pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Film Production at Northeastern University. He has experience as a creative video intern at Wayfair, water sports instructor, and event service specialist with THR.
Alex can be found surfing and creating photo/video projects on his days off.
Nick Giordano is returning for his second summer on the Runner team. Nick grew up in Bedminister, New Jersey attending the Lawrenceville School and is now pursuing a Bachelor of Arts at Colgate University. Nick has a background in marketing, communications, and event management through internships with MarketingEye - a Sydney based marketing firm, The Island School - a marine research institute/school in the Bahamas, and First Avenues Event Management in Auckland New Zealand.
In his free time, Nick enjoys playing golf, tennis, and relaxing on the beach.
Julia Gaare, another Long Island local, is new to the Runner team this season and we are excited to have her onboard. Julia grew up in Babylon, NY and is now pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Healthcare Management from the Wharton School of Business. In addition, Julia works as an undergraduate research assistant a the Center for Autism Research at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and has extensive lifeguarding and babysitting experience.
Julia enjoys her free time playing lacrosse and mentoring kids in West Philadelphia.
We are excited to welcome Teddy Wolf to the Runner Team this season. He was born and raised in NYC, spending summers in the Hamptons with his family. Teddy recently graduated from Fieldston High School and is attending Cornell University in the fall. He has worked as Head Assistant to the Events Team at Global Citizen and a Music Counselor at the Ramapo Camp For Children.
In his free time Teddy loves playing tennis and playing/writing music.
Georgia Rosen is new to the 2020 Runner team. Born and raised in NYC, she attends the Trevor Day School and has summered out east since a young age. Georgia has gained extensive experience working with kids for the past three summers. Starting as a CIT at East Hampton Sports Camp, she later moved to a similar position before becoming Lead Counselor at East End Stables Pony Camp.
In her free time Georgia enjoys riding horses, playing guitar, and dancing.
Aidan Friedsam, our senior staff Lifeguard, is returning for his second season with The Hamptons Runner. He is from New York City and enjoys summers in the Hamptons with his family. Aiden, a rising Senior, is a tri-sport athlete at Riverdale Country School playing on the Varsity Football, Swim, and Lacrosse teams. Aiden is great with kids and focuses on water safety working as a Lifeguard at Camp Takajo, Camp Hayground, and with The Hamptons Runner.
Aiden loves building and fixing things in his free time.
Photographer, Senior Runner
Sam Resetarits of Salt Lake City Utah is the Director of Media at The Hamptons Runner. In his new role, Sam draws on his experience in the field to create authentic visual content for the company. As a rising Junior, he studies film and photography at Ithaca College. Sam also executes services in the field as a Runner.
Sam enjoy his free time hiking, road biking, and photographing the world around him.
Alex Ackerman is returning for his third season with The Hamptons Runner. He specializes in leading event service teams at THR. Alex was born and raised in Boston and attended the Belmont Hill School before pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Alex also is an experienced camp counselor, facilitator for an experiential education program, and co-founder a lifestyle clothing brand.
Alex enjoys surfing, playing music, and hiking with his friends.
We are excited to welcome Isa Berardo to the Runner team for the 2020 season. Isa grew up in Santa Cruz, California, recently graduating from Pitzer College with a Bachelor of Arts in Gender and Feminist Studies. Isa is also a Scholar all-American and 1st Team All-West Goalkeeper on the Pomona-Pitzer Soccer Team. In addition, Isa has prior experience in athletic coaching, student coordination, and bartending/barista service.
Isa loves to hike, paint, and play the guitar in their free time.
